Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation
The Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation provides free eye exams, eye glasses and eye surgeries for cataracts, glaucoma and other diabetes-related vision loss for uninsured, low-income Georgians.

You will need to apply online for services and have your valid picture ID, proof of Georgia residency and proof of income ready. Most services are provided at the Lighthouse's Chamblee clinic.

Walmart Health Clinic
Walmart Care Clinic offers routine vision services. Routine eye exams are $45. Routine eye exams with contact lens fitting are $85.
