There are a couple of different organizations that are helping supply Christmas presents to children in need.
Lakeside Food Pantry - They are taking applications December 3rd, 4th, and 11th from 3-7 pm only! Just drive up to the pantry, ask for an application, and fill it out. The pantry is located at 15845 HWY 36 Covington GA.
Covington YMCA - The Y is partnering with the Empty Stocking Fund (ESF) again this year to bring holiday spirit to underserved families in our community. Parents or guardians of metro area children — ages birth to 12 years — who are receiving any form of public assistance, can receive FREE holiday gifts for their children. Salvation Army of Covington - The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of children around the country each year. The Salvation Army collects necessary information to determine qualification for participation in the program and details on each Angel.
